Mr. Isaac Inwang is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank. He holds a BSc in Business Management from University of Uyo. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Master of Science degree (Msc) in Business Management from University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt and University of Uyo respectively. He is a member Nigerian Institute of Management, a member of the Chattered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Certified Microfinance Banker.

He has well over 20 years post qualification experience in public and private sectors of the Nigeria economy, with well over 10 years experience in the Microfinance Banking. He is hard working and goal oriented. Mr. Inwang has attended trainings, seminars and workshops on Microfinance Operations, Marketing, Corporate governance, Risks Based loan administration, monitoring and recovery, Internal Control, Anti-money laundering and combating of terrorism (AML/CTT) etc.

Mr. Ubon Akpan is the Head, account & administration with well over 25 years experience in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Auditing and General Management traversing both Public and Private Sector Establishments.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from The Polytechnic Calabar. Mr. Akpan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risks Management (MILRM), A Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA) and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and is a Certified Microfinance Banker

Mr Victor Jimmy is the Head of Operations. He is a graduate of Physics from the University of Uyo, and is a member of the Chattered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Certified Microfinance Banker. He has well over 12 years experience in microfinance Banking. He is hard working and goal oriented. He has been trained in financial analyses by Rufin and credit analysis/Risk management by CIBN. He is versatile, efficient in administration and a multi tasker.

Anidiabasi Inyang is the Head of Legal Services and Company Secretary. He is a Law graduate from the University of Calabar. He also holds B.L, Law from Nigeria Law School, Lagos Campus. He has worked with several organizations as company secretary and head, debt recovery.

Mrs. Ogbunuju Adaeze Benedicta is the Head of Credit and Marketing. She holds a Bachelor (B.Sc.) and Masters Degree in Political Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Lagos. She has well over 10 years experience in the Microfinance Banking sector. She is a member of the chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Certified Microfinance Banker. She has attended many workshops and seminars in microfinance operations, Loans and Credit Administration, Risks Management and other Banking related courses.
